Mom NatuRa makes miso and miso-based vegan food products, all home-made in Bali using traditional Japanese techniques and know-how.

Miso is a wonder food, celebrated for its medicinal effects and health benefits. It is a live food, continuously producing bacteria and enzymes that purify the digestive system, reduce the risk of cancers, antioxidise, nourish the skin, and – it is also believed – reverse the effects of radiation poisoning.

 Myumi ‘Mom’ NatuRa evacuated Japan after the Fukushima disaster in 2011, relocating her family to Bali. Making traditional miso is her mission to let more people enjoy the unique taste of Umami, preserve ancient Japanese culture, and to help the world heal and thrive.
